Collect Your Order In-Store

We are delighted to offer a complimentary order collection service in-store service. This service is offered for your convenience, simply select the option 'In-store Pickup (during store hours) Claire Fontayne' when processing your order online and we will have your package ready for collection at our till point after you have received our confirmation email for collection.

When you have paid for your order online, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm that your order has been placed successfully. Your order will be ready for collection after you have received our confirmation email for collection.

When you visit us to collect your purchase, please bring your confirmation email, the credit card which was used as payment along with photographic identification, we will accept your driver's license or passport. We are also happy to view confirmation emails on smart phones or tablets if not in printed format.

Your order will be waiting for you to collect at:

Claire Fontayne, Bridge Street, Ballyhaunis, Co. Mayo, F35 WY27, Ireland.

 

WHAT TIMES CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

You may collect your purchase from our till point on the ground floor during shop opening hours:

  • Mondays – Saturdays: 10:00am - 6:00pm
  • Bank Holidays: Closed

 

WHERE IS THE COLLECTION POINT IN-STORE?

You may collect your purchase at the pay point on the ground Floor, 3 hours after the order has been placed.

 

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE ON THE DAY OF COLLECTION IN-STORE?

If you decide that your purchase is not suitable you may return it in-store. It is our policy to refund the original form of payment, so we will organise a refund to the credit card which was used as payment. It is also our policy to issue a receipt for all refunds. This does not affect your online returns policy which allows you 14 days from date of receipt to return.

 

CAN I TRY ON MY PURCHASE IN-STORE?

We have comfortable and spacious fitting rooms in every department if you would like to try on your purchase.
